Please read the appointment rules carefully before filling in the form.

1. Most tutoring sessions are half-an-hour long. One hour session can be made by having two consecutive half-hour sessions. (Except for Business Writing, which is limited to one half-hour session.) 2. Each student may schedule a maximum of two appointments per day. 3. Each student may schedule a maximum of six appointments per week. 4. Appointments must be cancelled through the web or by phone: 714-278-2704. 5. Students with appointments who are more than 10 minutes late are subject to automatic cancellation and will be marked as no-shows. 6. Students with three no-shows will be unable to make further appointments. They may have walk-in sessions, if available. 7. Amending BUAD tutorials: only one half-hour appointment per day; any BUAD tutor has the discretion to cancel your second appointment for the same day.
