OPERATIONS
AIESEC Fullerton is structured and operated much like a leading-edge service organization. By utilizing cross-functional teams, members are encouraged to create and join "Management Teams" in response to various challenges and opportunities. Based on the experience of the Local Committee, several Action Teams have been created. These include:Marketing, Student Activities, Entertainment, Finance, and MIS.
