Who may run for a board position?
Active members will always have priority however, all FA members have the opportunity to run for a board position.
What Should You Bring?
A Resume, your work schedule, and your plans for break.
What Should You Do?
1 - Prepare a speech about 5-10 minutes that includes:
- A little background about yourself
- Why do you want that position
- How are you going to benefit the club
- Your goals for the club
2 - Dress in business attire
3 - Be Yourself !
What To Expect?
1 - Candidates will run for their future positions during the first 30 minutes of the meeting.
2 - Everyone will have a chance to run for the position they wish before we make a decision.
3 - Expect to be asked a lot of questions.
4 - We will take the last 20 minutes for discussion, voting, and announcing results.
When are elections held?
Executive Board Positions: Monday November 2nd at 4PM in TSU Gabrielino
Non-executive Board Positions: Monday November 9th at 4PM in TSU Gabrielino
